What to Bring to Rehab
- ID and Insurance card
- 2-3 Face Masks. (cloth)
- One week’s worth of comfortable clothing (weather fluctuates between 40 (in winter) to 100 (in summer) degrees)
- Appropriate under clothes
- Appropriate sleepwear
- Socks & Shoes for outside and house shoes or sandals to wear in the house
- A light jacket for evenings (Spring & Fall) / Thick jackets for winter
- Gym outfits & Running/Tennis Shoes (All Seasons) and Bathing suit (Summer)
- Non-Alcoholic contained Hygiene items/Personal care kits (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shaving product, skin care products, deodorant, makeup, hair care products, hairdryer/iron, feminine hygiene products)
- Any items that may help you sleep, i.e., blanket, pillow, stuffed animal
- Cigarettes or other tobacco products to last 1-2 weeks
- A small amount of cash for snacks ($50-100)
- Prescriptions currently taking (in the original bottle with proper label) and regular taking OTC
- Other medical equipment (Glucose Monitor, eyeglasses, contact lenses, hearing aids, etc.).
Items not to bring:
- Drugs and alcohol
- Narcotics/invalid prescriptions
- Weapons
- Pornography
- The high amount of cash and any expensive items (expensive jewelry/watches/bags/coat, etc.)
- Computer and other non-allowed electronic devices
- We safe keep cell phones and other electronics.
