Are you beginning to believe that your use of inhalants has gotten out of hand? We want you to know that there are more than a few people who have gone through the same circumstances.

That’s why we’ve developed this program here in Lancaster, California.

At our facilities, you will have access to world-class help. Whether you attend the inpatient programs or the outpatient programs, we will give you the tools you need. You can overcome this disorder.

Options for Inhalants Rehab in Lancaster, California

Once patients decide they would like to get help, we can begin the program. Before patients are allowed entry, we conduct an initial examination.

During this exam, we will determine if the patient needs to go through detox. Occasionally, users of inhalants can develop a dependency on the substance.

When they cease using the substance, it can wreak havoc on the body.

This is called withdrawal.

We will also conduct a thorough psychological examination during the intake procedures. Once all of this is finished, you will be transferred to our inpatient facility.

Inpatient Rehabilitation Services

Our inpatient program takes advantage of the latest research to give you the best chances of success.By the time you’ve entered the main building, you’ve already conquered withdrawal.

You should give yourself a pat on the back.

That is the most difficult part for most recoveries. During your stay, you will learn how to cope with more healthy mechanisms.

Most of this work will be done with your therapist in one-on-one sessions. Additionally, you can expect to build some friendships here as well.

Our group therapy sessions help you create new bonds with people that are also going through similar struggles.

Finally, we have an entire suite of holistic treatments available as well. Work with our staff members to discover which of these holistic treatments is the most effective for you.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Of course, our outpatient rehab services are just as good. We’ve got nothing against that.

Thus, we created three individual levels of treatment available through our outpatient program.

Our most restrictive level requires patients to attend a total of 40 hours worth of rehabilitation services each week. At the least restrictive level, you only need to show up for two hours a week.

We recommend completing one of the other more intensive programs prior to enrolling in the least intensive one.

It is typically more suitable for people that are in the maintenance phase of recovery.

Levels of Outpatient Service by Restriction Level

  1. Most: 40 Hours a Week Over 5 Days
  2. Moderate: 18 Hours a Week Over 3 Days
  3. Least: 1-2 hours Each Week Over 1-2 Days

Inhalant Addiction Medications

There are several medications we used to help recovering addicts reach sobriety. None of the medications that we use are habit-forming.

That way, you can rest assured.

It will not impede any of your progress.

Withdrawal Management

During the initial detoxification process, withdrawal can be pretty extreme.

When you are suffering from acute withdrawal, a few medications may be administered to relieve symptoms.

In the event of life-threatening circumstances, we have medications to help stabilize patients.

Medications Used for Maintaining Sobriety

Most addicts are self-medicating. There are often other medications we can use to treat the underlying issues without encouraging any addiction.

  • Antidepressants: Antidepressants are great at helping you through depressive episodes. If you are using it because you feel sad, this might be the right choice.
  • Mood Stabilizers: Plenty of addicts report suffering from regular mood swings. Mood stabilizers can be the perfect solution to help reduce the severity of these ups and downs.

Ongoing Inhalants Treatment and Relapse Prevention

Even after you go through a rehabilitation program, you’ll have a lifelong battle on your hands. Addiction isn’t something that goes away overnight.

It would help if you continually battled against it.

Otherwise, you are always at risk of a relapse. We’ve got several resources available to help.

Narcotics Anonymous Support Groups

Narcotics Anonymous is a program modeled on that of the Alcoholics Anonymous program. It follows the same 12 steps to help addicts reach peace within themselves.

During the program, you’ll create new friends with other people working through similar problems. Afterward, you can help each other stay accountable and live lives of sobriety.

Ongoing Outpatient Therapy Is Available

Our outpatient program also has options for successful graduates. If you have completed one of our rehabilitation programs, you can continue therapy services with your therapist.

We understand that you can develop deep bonds with your therapist. It would be wrong for us to force you to cut those ties once you leave.

Tips to Prevent Inhalants Relapse

Preventing relapse is of the utmost concern once you are through the initial recovery process.

In the study of addiction, the final phase of recovery is called the maintenance stage.

During this time, you will always be at risk of relapse. That’s why developing new skills now is essential.
