Begin your journey to recovery in an environment that promotes individual wellness. At Design for Change Recovery, we believe in a holistic approach to drug & alcohol rehab. Besides treating the physical aspects of addiction, we also dig deeper to provide comprehensive solutions that target the body and the mind.
We fully understand how hard it can be to find the right drug and alcohol rehab center. Every journey is unique, which is why our 12-step holistic approach and cutting-edge alternative therapies ensure each client gets the individualized treatment plan they need to find success.
We encourage change and prevent relapse through a combination of proper nutrition, music, spirituality, and outdoor activities. Our clients leave our program feeling confident, at peace, and equipped with the tools to prevent relapse.
It is our goal to change lives one step at a time. Our approach is unique from other methodologies, as we offer a guided 12-step process. Note that we also offer “non 12 steps” alternatives. Our clients are more confident in using recovery tools to prevent relapse and live addiction-free after completing treatment.
Our drug and alcohol intervention is specifically designed to jumpstart the recovery process by helping addicts, and their loved ones understand rehab’s benefits. Through helpline intervention or face-to-face intervention, our specialists work with family members to encourage addicts to enter our rehab treatment center near San Diego.
The residential rehab program (or inpatient drug treatment program) is a live-in program that helps treat addiction through our 12-step holistic therapies. Our staff members work individually with each client to understand triggers and co-occurring conditions while developing a plan to help change destructive behaviors long-term.
The Design for Change outpatient rehab program at our San Diego location is designed to encourage continued success after completing our in-house program. This is ongoing support for dealing with family members, marital issues, job stressors, and other triggers.
Sober living is designed for clients looking for additional coping mechanisms outside of treatment.
All of our addiction counselors have been exposed to the world of drug and alcohol addiction. This ensures they are all well equipped to use their personal experiences better to assist our clients on their journeys. We provide one counselor for every four patients to ensure the most personalized level of care. Learn more about our expert staff.
